Is your camera is online and accessible from the internet either via port forwarding or on a public IP address?

Yes No

Ok, your camera must be reachable by our servers from the internet in order for us to be able grab the video and restream it. No worries though! If you want to try port forwarding yourself check out this FAQ on how to forward ports to your webcam or you can fill out this form and we'll contact you and walk you through it.

Step Two

Great! Do you know your camera's RTSP URL or would you like us to use ONVIF to try and automatically discover it?
